Even if we like it or not world events impact us. A Transport Strike like the one in Paris, Twin Towers, Cyclones, Droughts, Fires, Riots, Health Scares etc.
Yes white noise can be a pain but more so if we do not know what is going around us and we are not informed and thus ill prepared. I would make it a habit to be informed and try and learn something knew every day but more so today do not believe everything or rely on one news source,. It is so easy today to be given false or inaccurate media or visuals. So easy to have a vide that is fabricated.
