Quantità per 3 – 4 pizze Per l’impasto x 3 pizze: 300 gr di farina’0 + quella per le pieghe 200 gr di farina manitoba 400 gr di acqua 3 gr di lievito di birra fresco ( 1, 5 gr di lievito di birra secco) 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine 11 gr di sale 1/2 cucchiaino di zucchero Per il condimento per ogni pizza da circa 270 gr : 120 gr di pomodori pelati circa 100 gr di fiordilatte perfettamente sgocciolato basilico fresco in foglie olio extravergine sale

from Woolies + that for the folds 200 gr of Manitoba flour 400 gr

in Woolies of water 3 gr of fresh brewer’s yeast (1, 5 gr of brewer’s yeast dry) 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 11 gr of salt 1/2 teaspoon of sugar For the topping for each 270 gr pizza: 120 gr of peeled tomatoes about 100 gr of perfectly drained fiordilatte

in Woolies fresh basil leaves extra virgin olive oil salt
