Be the best person you can possible be

Don’t rely on anyone except yourself to be the person you want to be because only you impact your health, happiness, mindset.

Exercise at least 2 hours a day (1/2 hour is not enough), add weight baring exercises, read widely (not just social media), eat healthy, drink water If you are not happy with any situation change it. A happy, healthy person with a smile is far more appealing to the world.
